Hi i have a problem with playing Codec Intros in Cinema Mode.

They play before the movie as expected but afterwards when the movie starts you can here only the sound of the movie but the screen stays black.

This is only happening on my Apple TV 4 and 4K.

Please help.

I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to look into this yet. I'll provide an update when I have a chance.

In the mean time can you provide the media information for the movies you're trying to play where you see this behavior?

Thanks!

Sorry, just love Cinema Mode.

Problem solved, because of your post, i used the same intro as you did and guess what, it worked. Further i searched for the same intro i use but from a different downloadsource and guess what, it works.

So it must have been the introfile itself. Didnt think of that in the beginnig, maybe some kind of corruption.

All good now.

But thx for your help - really good community

best regards.

That's great to hear @@Ekomax!

I literally just finished testing with your samples and came to the same conclusion that the codec intro itself must have been at fault because I couldn't repeat the problem with another intro.
