Jokstar 0 Posted May 7, 2018 Share Posted May 7, 2018 I just finished downloading and when i try to play something the volume is mute. It says my T.V. is set to surround sound. i went into my settings and turned surround sound off but still no volume and it still is telling me my surround sound is on.
