Hey guys,

When I use the m3u tuner and play .ts streams they just stop after 20-30 secs. Is there a way to buffer the stream or fix it to play these type of streams?

Kind Regards,

Daniel

Hi, you might need to enable the stream loop feature on the m3u setup page. Try that. If there's still an issue then please attach the information requested in how to report a problem. thanks.

Hi Luke,

Thanks for the quick reply.

We have tried the loop feature and it didn't work for us.

Attached are the logs for the server. Did you also need the ffmpeg-transcode and ffmpeg-remux ones?

Yes to the ffmpeg logs. Whichever ones are from the timeframe in which you experienced a problem. thanks.

I think it's a problem with your source stream. To verify, put this url in your browser:

http://p2.cunrt.com:8080/live/11052017/11052017/7685.ts

Notice even the browser will only download 24 seconds of data. It should be an infinitely long stream that never stops. it looks to me like your videos have unique requirements that we don't have handling for.

I'm having the same problem.

My provider has confirmed its not them.

The loop feature has gone - what to do?
