NeauxGeaux 9 Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 (edited) I'm receiving an error for each episode that gets added to the server. Here's a snippet from the logs. I think this has been happening ever since upgrading to v3.2.60. I am using Open Subtitles as the provider. Anyone else having this problem? 2017-12-27 02:00:13.125 Error App: Error downloading subtitles *** Error Report *** Version: 3.2.60.0 Command line: /Applications/EmbyServer.app/Contents/MacOS/EmbyServer.dll /Applications/EmbyServer.app/Contents/MacOS/EmbyServer.dll -psn_0_2888385 -noautorunwebapp Operating system: Unix 17.0.0.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Processor count: 4 Program data path: /Users/server/.config/emby-server Application directory: /Applications/EmbyServer.app/Contents/MacOS System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path '/Users/server/.config/emby-server/metadata/library/28/283868e4c1b07dff89bb3f0e7d0909f5/Arrow - 6x09 - Irreconcilable Differences.eng.srt'. at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.SubtitleManager.<TrySaveToFiles>d__18.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.SubtitleManager.<DownloadSubtitles>d__17.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at MediaBrowser.Providers.MediaInfo.SubtitleDownloader.<DownloadSubtitles>d__5.MoveNext() System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.SubtitleManager.<TrySaveToFiles>d__18.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.SubtitleManager.<DownloadSubtitles>d__17.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at MediaBrowser.Providers.MediaInfo.SubtitleDownloader.<DownloadSubtitles>d__5.MoveNext() Edited December 27, 2017 by NeauxGeaux
