Subtitles failing to download

[NeauxGeaux 9]

I'm receiving an error for each episode that gets added to the server.  Here's a snippet from the logs.  I think this has been happening ever since upgrading to v3.2.60.  I am using Open Subtitles as the provider.

 

Anyone else having this problem?
