Recording plays okay then audio is 30 seconds behind

Not sure how to help with this, recorded the Late Show last night and the first few or so minutes are okay. Then there's a break and from then on the recording is there but the audio is about 30 seconds behind the video.

 

I played it back on an AppleTV and locally on my iMac with the same results. 

 

Would logs be handy in this situation? I'll dig them up if so. I did recently bump the quality of the recordings up a bit as they were pretty blocky by default. Let me know what can help and I'll upload it/them.

Under transcoding options there’s a ‘H264 encoding preset’ option that I set to ‘very slow’ because it says ‘Coose a faster value to improve performance, or a slower value to improve quality.’

 

A few recordings later and it hasn’t happened again. Seems like an odd blip.

Ok, that option is not used during the recording process, but is used during playback. I would suggest leaving it on default as that is what we are actively testing. Thanks.
