Any idea what could be the issue?

@@trumee, this is actually off so it's in the same place where you initially turned it on :)

This is a per-library setting, so click on a library in Emby library setup and you can configure the realtime monitor for that library.

Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !

Log again? Try restarting the server after making the change.

Additionally, please state what your problem is, because right now all you've said is "same issue". Thanks.

Got the same error. After turning off "Real time watching" for every media library, got nothing:

Library didn't scanned and no errors. What can I do?

FreeNAS-11.2-BETA3, emby 3.5.2.0 in iocage. It is second install. First have been before FreeNAS update (11.1-U4) and emby 3.0.3 or something like that throught jails (jls and jexec), not iocage. First install seems to work with library, but have problems with update and plugins install (cannon establish secure connection - I have found topic with upgrade recommendation)

My english is bad, but i'll try.

After install Emby throught FreeNAS web interface (plugins page) and adding mount point for my dataset (mnt/Share -> /media) I added some libraries (Movies, TV Shows, Music and so on). Scanning don't work - i've get

System.IO.IOException: persistent kevent() error, error code = '13'

as described at start of this topic. After reading this topic, I turned off realtime watching for all my libraries. And now i still haven't any media (except iptv - using m3u tuner device) on home screen of Emby server. Folders with specified names exist, but all empty. In server log i see only Scan-Validating-Scan complete messages, as shown on my previous post.

I haven't direct access to my server right now. This file was downloaded with Android Chrome browser:

server.txt

As you can see, library scan take 0 min 0 sec..

UPD:

Another log file - with checked 'debug' checkboxLog

UPD 2:

So I updated emby server to 3.6.0.52-beta with another post. New log file - Log_2.txt Now I have an idea - emby cannot use russian names for libraries. now I check on one of the libraries

My problem solved. It's my mistake and possibly freenas 11.2 bug (feature?). In previous version mountpoints for jails setup in web interface with automatic mkdir in destination.

In my freenas there is "Share" pool with Video, Music and other datasets. In 11.0, for deluge jail, my setup is like

(root)/mnt/Share/Video -> (jail)/media/torrent/Video, where dir Video in jail create automatically.

Now, in 11.2 it doesn't work. I try to link (root)/mnt/Share in (emby)/media/, but from emby I see only empty /media/<dataset> dirs.

I had manually create subdirs in emby's /mnt/ and linked my datasets in them from freenas web. All works now. Thanks!
