Unable to connect any apps to the server

Hello.

 

I have recently set up my server on my Mac using High Sierra. No problems there.

 

However when I downloaded the app on my iPad I cannot connect to the server both manually or server I just set up.

 

I have gone through the troubleshooting guide i.e. Firewall. The firewall is allowing all connections.

 

I am at a loss as to why I cannot connect.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

hi @@jngolds2, what about the other steps in the troubleshooter. Which ones succeeded and which ones failed? thanks !

I've tried all of them were including an anti-virus scan.

 

Nothing works.

 

Very frustrated.

I didn't do anything different to what I was doing before and it just worked.

@@jngolds2 Can you check your MacOS firewall settings?

Obviously something is blocking the connection so we have to find out what. Did you update recently to High Sierra? That update could be playing a role here, although i haven't seen any problems on my test system. Thanks.
