Server - TV Next Up Object names and Pictures in DLNA Tweak

imo next up and latest tv would be improved in DLNA by

1. show thumbnails rather than episode thumbnails.

2. name as "showname - s0xe0y - episode name" rather than episode name.

 

bringing into line with other clients.

 

reason: easier to find the content you want.
