Just like the other user this extraction is probably too slow for his environment thus we need a better way. But that is handled via Kodi. The add-on doesn't track subtitles except external ones when direct playing. @@Paxalou So, are you transcoding? Just to confirm it's the same issue reported previously, thank you. (And I can add that sometimes subtitles are loaded on the third or fourth time...) EDIT : And I noticed that PGS subtitles don't have this problem. It's only SRT subtitles. Angelblue05 4130 Posted October 29, 2017 Share Posted October 29, 2017 Well, I'd suggest you disable subtitles extraction on your server since it doesn't function well enough. In your server dashboard > Transcoding > Disable Allow subtitles extraction on the fly (should be the last option in the page). Try playback, does it resolve your issue with subtitles?
