Begin listing FR's completed for Emby server releases

Whenever a new FR is implemented on a server release, in the release notes it would be nice to list the FR # or url of FR that was implemented, to give reassurance to users that FR's are actually being monitored, addressed and implemented.

Considering that the majority of most release notes are just recycled from previous updates, I think this is a great idea as well.
