econ 74 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 After loading the beta app the correct version of the app is reported on the dashboard. After playing a movie the version number changes to a lower version for about 5 seconds, then back to the current version.
ebr 15667 Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 I don't think that is an issue with the app but Luke will let me know if it is. Thanks.
econ 74 Posted April 27, 2017 Author Posted April 27, 2017 FYI still seeing this issue with current version of server and roku app.
ebr 15667 Posted April 29, 2017 Posted April 29, 2017 FYI still seeing this issue with current version of server and roku app. In all instances or only at certain times?
ebr 15667 Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Okay, before playback started, was the version correct?
ebr 15667 Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 This also happens with the android TV app Okay, before playback started, was the version correct? Same question. What this probably means is there is some request being sent without proper header information but I can't find where that is. So knowing exactly when/under what conditions this version mismatch occurs would help to narrow that down. Thanks.
Spaceboy 2565 Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 i actually reported it in response to a question. oh, it was in response to your question https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/47082-highlighting-missing-atv/&do=findComment&comment=443898 post 8

Thx.
econ 74 Posted May 5, 2017 Author Posted May 5, 2017 Okay, before playback started, was the version correct? It only seems to have the version mismatch during playback. When not playing anything the version is correct. I also see many different version numbers. For instance, tonight was 3.0.6 and 3.0.20(the current roku version). Yesterday, it was 3.0.12 and the current version.
