Please try again later." I got no problem with chromecast or webapp ... What I missing ? When I launch play, I have the black screen player (Screenshot_20170212-234224.png) and after some second the black screen only during the transcription of the video. When the encoding finish i go to the select episode screen (Screenshot_20170212-234804.png) without action or error message. Solution Luke 34697 Posted February 16, 2017 Solution Share Posted February 16, 2017 @@oohkarma. this file is playing just fine for me. after reviewing your logs again, the issue is the lack of media information in the emby database. Try opening up the video in the emby web app, then on the detail screen click the 3-dot menu, then click the Refresh button. Give it a few seconds then refresh the page.
