No compatible streams now with server 3.1.0.0

Updated my Windows 7 server and I am getting this error message " No compatible streams" on my server and through my Rokus.  

 

Is anyone else having this error who has upgraded?

Thanks Luke...Actually a manual refresh of the guide information solved it.  Sorry to post this too early.   

 

I had completely re-booted the server and unplugged/reset my HD Home Run but for some reason it took that refresh.

Experienced the same issue with my Fire Sticks after the upgrade. Confirmed that manually running the 'refresh guide' returned the Live TV functionality (using HDHomerun with Schedules Direct).
