OSX server version 3.1.0

I did an update for osx emby server version 3.0.8500. I installed 3.1.0 and now the webbrowser does not launch anymore so I cannot go to the dashbord anymore. I have always used Firefox. Other browsers (Safari, Vivaldi) don' t work either. The application seems to launch ( the icon will come up on the upper screen next to my dropbox icon, I can chose an option but nothing will open. I have been doing osx emby server updates very often and they all went fine, exept for this one. 

 

The emby clients do get connected to the updated emby server

Are you able to open the web app by typing the address into a web browser?

I've got the same issue. The Browse Library and Configure Emby button on the icon doesn't load up the page or the browser at all. Entering my local server ip address does.
