Unable to set Easy PIN for user

I am unable to set a PIN on my account in my profile on my server. I am running Version 3.0.8500.0 (current version, I beleive). When I set the PIN, check the box to require on local network (checkbox is optional, problem still occurs without it), I get an eternal spinning circle, and the settings are never changed. If I just check the box, and don't fill in the PIN field, it refreshes the page as expected, however, the checkbox is not checked anymore (reasonably expected action). I am getting no errors, there is nothing in the logs when I try to set the PIN, it is as if the page is not seeing me fully click on the save button when the PIN is set.
