kingfenix 0
Hi all, Live TV isnt working for me. I current have installed Krusty's ServerWMC 1118, and MB3 plugin ServerWMC 1116 (Ive tried 17 and 18 to) and I cannot get things working. For me the Ep Guide populates and scans good, but nothing will stream and I have the following errors noticable to me... On Krusty's app, the status bar shows "<-- Client ReceiveCallback error -->" On the server dashboard in the Live TV category I see the following "Status: Unavailable (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)" I am attaching logs for both, any help is appreciated as I see others have things running good, im excited to get mine working as well. Thanks, kingfenix
Luke 37229
If you're on the dev sever go back and also please don't zip logs because we can't read them in the browser.

kingfenix 0
ok have installed the released 5135 version straight off the web page....now I see this error in the server dashboard... Status: Unavailable (Method not found: 'Void MediaBrowser.Controller.LiveTv.LiveTvTunerInfo.set_ProgramName(System.String)'.)
kingfenix 0
guide still updated though, so it did connect and did communicate data....
Luke 37229
yea see now you're all mismatched with plugin and server wmc versions. so you have some uninstalling and re-installing to do of multiple pieces.
kingfenix 0
ok, did all that uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin....now status shows OK But when I try to watch a live stream in the browser, I see "Invalid Source" in the video box, and a popup appears saying "There was an error playing the video. Please ensure there is an open tuner available." On the ServerWMC APP, it shows 4 tuners available, and nothing listed under active stream...and when I try to play a video on the browser from the guide...serverwmc never even registers a client request... Luke 37229
As mentioned in the other threads, we have some known issues streaming video to IE. Try chrome or firefox.
kingfenix 0
tried Firefox and Safari....no go on either one, although response differs....Firefox displays the video box in the corner no message, no popup, and serverwmc registers no request safari is about the same, but shows a loading in the video box, and nothing else. krustyreturns 191
Hi, From the portion of the log you show, it looks like serverwmc can't find the tuners, or possibly the tuners are locked up. Assuming, serverwmc is running on the same machine as wmc, run a quick test of wmc and make sure it can view live-tv. scarecrow420 8
That error is the same as another mb3 user is getting. Something seems wrong/missing in regards to wmc itself. Have you got any mods/hacks that modify wmc files or registry? Reinstalling wmc would be something to try
kingfenix 0
no hacks in wmc whatsoever, and yes wmc can view live tv Edited January 25, 2014 by kingfenix
