I have added a pin to my account but when I'm redirected to the emby connect page I did not see my server there. When I added my server adress manually it said it could not connect.
I did forward port 8096 to the ps4 ip adress bu no connection.
Is there something else I need to do the get the connection working?
No problems connecting with my pc's.

well you don't want to forward port 8096 to your ps4 you want to forward it to your server machine.

Well I gave it another try today but still no connection with my server on my sons PS4.

I have forwarded port 8096 to my server machine but the PS4 just keep saying it can't connect to my server. My emby connect server is also still not seen and manually adding the ip adress of my server is not working.

What can I do more to get connected?

Thanks

Also connecting the same way to my android device and ipad is no problem. Only ps4 has the connection problem so to me it looks like a setting on the ps4?
But what setting?

Try your external address in case there's some kind of issue with the local network.

Connecting with my external ip adress is not working either.

I searched the PS4 for settings that will solve this but no luck there. All network settings are like they should.

Playing movies with DLNA is no problem on the PS4

This is what I see and get in the end.

This says "Connection Error"

At this moment it is not possible to make a connection with this server. Check if the server is running and try again.

Network test is succesfull.

Any idea what to try more?

I have the same problem and cannot conect to my server form my PS4. Tried http://tv.emby.media instead of https://tv.emby.media and still no luck to connect my PS4 to my Emby server. All other devices - shield, android, ipad, PC's.. - have no issues to connect.
