Approved Enable / Disable LIVE TV Access at User Level

There is an option to Enable or Disable MANAGE LIVE TV RECORDINGS in the User Profile section, but I would like the option to DISABLE access to LIVE TV feature completely for some users. You could end up with remote / guest users locking up a tuner that you need for Scheduled WMC recordings.

+1, I can even imagine it could be useful to do this at the channel level per user but it could be overcomplicating things.
