ET - Jump forward key at end of playback should work

Hitting the jump forward key (right arrow) at the end of a video should end the video and mark it as Watched.

Currently, if the time to the end of the video is less than the jump buffer, ET will prevent the jump forward from working altogether.

Reason - Manually exiting the video during credits sometimes results in the video *not* being marked as Watched. (say, if your configuration was to require 99% playback to mark as Watched..)

(Not to be confused with Skip Forward Ctrl+F key..or Fast Forward..that works fine)
