Fresh Server install - First I like to restore everything in webgui (instead of install wizard)

If you install Emby Server for Windows (I think its the same on all devices) you are directed to the server webgui and you are asked some things. For example what language do you speak, where are you media files ...

 

BUT as an existing user I would like to FIRST enter my emby license code and restore my Backup (server configuration backup).

For now you have to click through all these steps, enter your license code, install server configuration backup, restore your backup and rename the main user profile (this is not restored). Btw. I wonder why I have to scan the media library after restore and why I have to install the plugins again. I thought they were all backup up.

Hi, yes, incorporating it into the server setup wizard would be a good idea.
