Emby Remote Access (Broken after IP Change)

I had Emby Server up and running for about a week with everything functioning as it should. Recently I noticed that my remote IP address had changed in the Emby dashboard. I get that it's possible for that to happen but ever since I am unable to reach my Emby server remotely (or SickRage for that matter). Before this I did not have to do any port fowarding or anything else special with my router. Is there something I'm missing that needs to be updated to get this working again?

Just in case someone stumbles on this.. I ended up setting up port-forwarding as well as dynamic DNS. My only guess as to why it worked before is maybe only one device was connected to my home network – allowing the router to send incoming connections to it?
