tv shows upcoming/seasons

when i click on "upcoming" I get "Nothing there...Please ensure downloading of metadata is enabled.  When I click on that sentence... I see that under "metadata - settings" the first 2 are checked (download artwork and metadata from the internet and save artwork into media folders

 

Another thing that worked before was, when I added a tv show, it captured the information of all seasons, and within a season it captured all episodes even those that where not yet in the library, they would be marked with a (if a remember correct) red cross

 

What setting(s) am I getting wrong

Hi, if you click the user icon in the top right, then, click on Display settings, from there you can control the presentation of missing and unaired episodes.
