majorsl 19
Emby has been working fine for me for awhile, suddenly, 3-4 days ago movie searches started not returning results and my logs are littered with the below. TV & Music seem unaffected. Are there issues with the data provider(s) for movies? *** Error Report *** Version: 3.0.5913.0 Command line: /Applications/Emby.Server.Mac.app/Contents/MacOS/Emby.Server.Mac Operating system: Unix 15.4.0.0 Processor count: 8 64-Bit OS: False 64-Bit Process: False Program data path: /Users/majorsl/.config/emby-server Mono: 4.2.3 (explicit/832de4b) Application Path: /Applications/Emby.Server.Mac.app/Contents/MonoBundle/Emby.Server.Mac.exe Event with Id uuid:0873cd2e05684433a1b2e55c386e2ab1 not found. Luke 35285
Hi, no, there shouldn't be. Please provide a complete log file, and also please discuss what you mean by movie searches stopped, including an example. thanks.
majorsl 19
Okay, thanks. Before I bother you with trolling through my logs, I'll do some basic things like a server restart and a manual scan so I can watch it and be sure it appears to complete. What I am seeing is after adding content and going back after the cron scan it wouldn't have any artwork/data cached. Clicking refresh wouldn't update it either - no background art, data like actors (and actor thumbnails), synopsis, and so on. I know from experience that sometimes one or more of these can be missing, but rarely do I see none - especially for a pretty well known movie like First Blood or Pride & Prejudice. majorsl 19
There we go, it's better now. I updated to the new release since I was restarting anyway. A manual scan of my library got a few more hits, but a couple of movies still didn't grab info. I went in and clicked refresh on those and they finally pulled in metadata. That had not previously worked for me, so perhaps with the update and library scan, whatever was stopping it got sorted out. Thanks!
