Synology Setup

Just purchased a Synology DS1813+ and was reading out on the net of people using Sabnzbd and Couchpotato on it and was wondering if I could get some insight from others who have either used this setup or use something similar. I am currently using MediaCenter Master but it involves some manual intervention sometimes and I would like to have everything running in one place.  I have found a couple sites on the net that have packages to load but I have heard some issues with both of them, so any information no matter how trivial would be appreciated.
