ebr 14912
I'm very interested in learning exactly what the media items look like that have the white subs. I mean what is their format and media info as reported in the web client. Thanks.
snuf72 2
This is a example with the internal and external active at once. The yellow is displayed a little to high on the screen snd it would be nice if its possible to change the position of the sub.

ebr 14912
Bring up a detail page in the web client for that item. At the bottom of the page there is a "Media Info" section. Please copy that in here. Thanks.

ebr 14912
Interesting. Do you see both of those subtitles listed in the "subtitles" menu during playback of the item and you can select between them, or are there only "on, off and auto" options? snuf72 2
The yellow one is always present and can't be switched off. The white one is affected by the menu settings and can be switched on/off Edited April 13, 2016 by snuf72

ebr 14912
Oh, that's right, they are both external subs. No idea why they are delivering through the player as we never were able to get that to work properly. What OS is your server on? What version of tvOS is your ATV running?
