Issues with Recording Live TV

I am trying to use Emby as a DVR solution, after recording some shows as tests, everything worked fine. I have the convert to mp4 option checked. However this weekend, all of the shows I record only recorded for 4 seconds.

Ok i'm running Version 3.0.5911.0.

 

I'm still having the same issues. attached is the latest log.

As an update, i am successfully recording shows, however i had to deselect the "Automatically convert recordings to a streaming friendly format" option for it to work, it would appear the issue stems from the converting to mp4 format. Any additional thoughts?
