Auto-Organise not working since last update

Hi guy's

 

Since the latest update Version 3.0.5871.0

 

Auto-Organise is not finding anything.

 

Things tried

 

point to another folder this folder works 

try to point it back stops working again

Stop service

create new trigger

reboot server

reboot machine

 

Any one else had similar? any thoughts on fixing it?
