Sorry. It is really the whole log.

I have uninstalled it and installed again but the result is the same.

When started, Emby even briefely shows the splash screen but the process aborts.

I can generate other log files restarting or reinstalling it but they surely will look the same (already did it).

Any idea?

You didn't change from dev or beta back to stable/official release did you?

That can be.

As I told, the previous version that was working ok was installed from a file downloaded from emby.media/download but there was no stable/beta options.

I got the impression that this previous was a beta release.

Anyway, I got Emby uninstalled and deleted all AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server folders.

I even created another Windows user and tried to install using it.

The version listed in the log show 3.0.5821.0 which is the stable/official release.  If you were on dev or beta before then downgrading is/was not an option do to the database changes.  That may have been your issue.

Edit tested downgrading and Emby still launched so that couldn't have been your issue.

Yes emby.media/download has Stable and Beta options.

Ok, so my problem is not due to version upgrade.

But I still have no idea on how to tackle this, so please help.

if it happens on a clean install then consider running hardware diagnostics to search for any possible failures. chkdsk would be a good start.

Emby will not start.

This is a Windows 10 x64 instal.

Previous version was running Ok - unfortunely I do not know the version number.

Attached are install and server logs.

Any help would be of great use.

Same here. Emby won't start at all.
