Shield TV - Emby App - cannot change wrong audio language

Hi 

 

A new problem arises ;-)

 

When I playback a video the wrong audio track is selected. When I  try to change the language, nothing happens.

 

I am using the actual version of the emby app.

Please provide more details about exactly what is happening.

I am not sure if I understand that post right.

 

Following situation: I enabled direct play without transcoding and I have enable Vlc as the standard player.

 

When I start the video. the language that is delivered is french. But I need german. Then I click on the audio selector in the on-screen-menu. a Squared box popps up where I can select the different audio tracks. When I click on the radio button for the german language, nothing happens. It is still french.

 

The video format is .ts

I use dvb-link as my recording tool.

So this is live TV that was recorded through DVB Link?

 

Does the same item behave differently when played through the web client?

 

Are you playing it from recorded TV or as an actual item in a library?

 

When you first bring up the audio menu in the app, is either track selected?

 

Is the item transcoding or direct streaming when played through this app? (does the OSD say "Direct/V" or "Trans/I" or what?)
