bearfamily 0 Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 I'm having an issue access emby currently on Android when using the app. When logging in from a mobile browser, everything is fine. If I log in with the app it tells me "Invalid username and/or Password". If I click "Forgot Password" and input my username it bounces me right back to the screen to input my username. If I log in from a browser it lets me in and recognizes my username and password just fine. This seems to be an issue with the app itself. Other one other user on my server is having this issue as well. The other two users on my server aren't having any issues at all. I would pull logs but they aren't helpful because the login failure is happening in the Apps and aren't reaching my server. What troubleshooting can I do to help diagnose? If I look at my profile settings and click on "Password", it tells me that I authenticate with Emby Connect but there doesn't appear to be any way for me to reset my password.
