Help please; The last version I installed was 1.1.60 and wanted to update to 1.1.69 but I keep getting "Dependences not met".

Can someone help me fix this problem, please.

Hm do you have the beta repository installed? Can you enable Kodi debug, then try to install the add-on, then post your Kodi log (it should give us a clue as to what's happening)

Thanks for responding.

I did not include the following: Plugin,Video.Emby Dependencies Not Met -Please contact the author.

I will run kodi and enable debug and post.

The dependencies are in the beta repository. It should install without problems. A log should tell us more. Hopefully.

Grab the zip here: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/19739-emby-for-kodi-beta/?p=192050

Install from zip in Kodi. Try installing emby for Kodi via the beta repository. From the look of your last log, you tried to install a manual zip that's you got from github. Let me know.

Ok, tried that and it had, even more issues

Uninstalled kodi, clearing entries under user roaming.

Installed kodi again let it update then installed beta repository v1.04

Then installed emby.kodi-master v1.1.69.zip

I configured for my server and then it stalled with Library Sync Thread Crashed

Exited and restarted kodi; got the same error about the library sync.

Then checked Add-ons under Systems and it indicate an update to v1.1.70, installed it, same error.

No, don't install the github version you have(it is outdated). Latest version 1.1.70 contains the fix for the error you have in the log you posted. In your logs, it says you have 1.1.69 installed. If you have 1.1.70 installed (otherwise install it via add-ons > install from beta repository > video add-on) , restart Kodi. Post a new log if you get another error. Thanks.

Sorry about get back sooner but Emby server problems have been very sporadic up/down.

Anyway, I have redone it all again and still have the same problem; I am attaching the kodi.log please review and advise.

Just ran kodi again and now it's working,

Could this be related to the emby web hosting problem?

Thanks again

Ok, it realy seems like there is a problem with getting the movies list from the server. I just did the same on my HTPC a NUC I3 with the same issues.

It fails with "Library sync thread exited! You should restart Kodi now.

Please report this on the forum."

Can you please review the log file for it and advise.

I should also say Emby Theater and Emby WMC work just fine.

Also, I have over 545 movies on the server.
