Emby Server random connection issues

I have been having random problems connecting to my Emby server.  After some time of running, the server will become unresponsive unless i reboot the host machine.

 

Server 2012 R2

Quad core CPU 4.2 Ghz

8 GB Ram

Emby Version 3.0.5781.3

 

I will be posting the latest logs, including the ones after rebooting the Emby Server and then getting "Connection Refused" errors on the browser.  I was not able to replicate the other problem yet where the web browser just spins when connecting to Emby.  If I can get the logs when that happens I will post in this thread.

EDIT 

 

So i've looked over the log files and it seems part of my issue is the server saying "duplicate process found waiting for it to exit" and "Failed to start HTTP server due to a socket error"

Though this seems to happen when i try to reboot the emby server without rebooting the host machine.
