1 - Can we add a channel configurator similar to WMC? Allowing me to completely hide channels?

2 - Is there anyway to switch off the hover feature in the browser(Edge)  guide? Right now, if i am scrolling using the mouse wheel, a channel is randomly showing in a popup window.. If I hover my mouse over the channel number while scrolling with the wheel it is working ok, but it is not intuitive..
