Chuck 17
Comcast recently moved HD channels from the 200's to the 800's. I've updated the HomeRun tuner, as well as the Schedule's direct mapping. However, Schedule's direct isn't loading some of the HD channels in the 800's range, despite channel tagging (names) being correct in the Schedules Direct lineup. Is there, or could there, be a way to map a channel guide listing from one channel to another? An example would be, the tuner and Emby guide set to say channel 100, but map the Schedules Direct guide listings from channel 200 to the Emby channel 100 set-up? Luke 37167
Also if the lineup has changed it might be good to report it to schedules direct
rkulagow 19
@@Chuck Please open a ticket on the Schedules Direct website under "Lineup Support" so that we can find out if Comcast pushed a lineup update; sometimes they don't and we have to remind them about that, and having one or two examples of channels that have been added / deleted helps.
