Serios 12
Currently seeking (ffw and rev) is impossible when playing strm file - this make sense if live stream is watched, but what if we are watching an mp4 file from remote host and the remote server respond with Content-Length and Content-Range in headers. According to transcoding log the duration of the file is properly returned, but seeking is not available and length in web player is not returned too. Will be nice Emby to have ability to seek strm files too when file size is returned for the remote file.

Serios 12
Is it possible also for strm files to be treated as multi part movies if file name has the proper format. I mean the naming convention - cd1, cd2, part1 part2 etc. And Maybe adding functionality to put "live" or something like that as a marker in the file name to properly differentiate the continuous live streams Edited October 20, 2015 by Serios
