"Tags" node in the Metadata Manager

I would like to see a "Tags" base node in the Metadata Manager that lists the tags I added and groups the media under each. Much like the Collection node works but for tags.

This would give me a better overview of what tags I added and for me it would make the tags a lot more usable.
