speedy5966 1 Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 (edited) Hi All! Well, I don't remember my password, and when I do the password reset, it says: "The following file has been created on your server and contains instructions on how to proceed: /Users/MY USER/.config/emby-server/passwordreset.txt" The problem is, the .config folder isn't there, and I even searched my mac for the passwordreset.txt file, with no luck. I'm not even sure if my userid is right, because I don't really remember ever setting up an acount or anything. I am just using my mac as my server. How do I reset my password? Thanks! wb6vpm 0 Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I know its an old topic, but in case anyone comes across this, in *nix, when a file or directory is preceded with a period (such as /.config/) it is automatically made a hidden file/folder
