Right now TV episodes can only be download by individual assets, but it would be nice if I could download by tv shows or by season. This is especially useful when I am away on vacation, in field or away for work long term and I can queue up a bunch of shows to download while I have a good internet connection and watch these on the plane or when I stuck with a crappy internet connection that would not allow me to stream. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mobile sync allows you to sync to android and iOS, Cloud Sync allows me to back stuff up to onedrive, google cloud or amazon and stream stuff from multiple places. Folder Sync allows you to specify external hard drives and server locations on the network accessible by emby as an alternative place to stream from. For external network devices such as another computer while you are on the road, or a laptop behind a company firewall this starts becoming an issue. I am just on the road a bit so network connectivity where I can stream stuff is spotty sometimes. Just want to straight download to my laptop and watch later on flights.
