[REQ] Add TV Shows name to the notification

Currently notification subsystem only sends episode name for TV Shows in the notification. I think show name should be there to.

For example send "username is playing The Big Bang Theory episode The Baker in the Bits on Living Room." instead of just

"Username is playing The Baker in the Bits on Living Room."

Yes, there are a few places where I think we need to be a bit more intelligent about what an item name is and provide a more detailed one in this type of context.

 

FYI there are already a couple of requests for basically this same thing out here.
