Either a way to disable it at the app level or a way to playback with or without intros. For instance, MBC only plays the intros if you initiate playback from the detail screen. That's not the best approach because it is basically hidden but I still think this type of option should be controllable from the app at playback time. This is an instance (like, say, sort order) where the choice should be more distributed and maybe even left up to each user at the time of playback.
