tanoshimi 0 Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 I use the Browser app to view media on my Windows Server. About last Thursday (4/16/17) or so, I saw that it did an update. After that, I was no longer able to access my server. The web app brings up the webpage unavailable page, and Media Browser says it cannot connect to the server. I tried downloading and installing both the release and beta, which both have the same version number: v3.0.5582.4, but installing them seems to fail, and gets me this dialog: Could definitely use some help here. Haven't had a working media system since last week.
ebr 15667 Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 First, restart the machine and then re-try. if that doesn't work, post the server log from when that error is displayed. How to Report a Problem
