I need a solution for my client can self register on MB3 without the need to have logged in as administrator.

If you are asking if the Emby server has unprivileged user profiles, then the answer is yes. If you are asking if users can create accounts on your server without an administrator adding them, then the answer is no as having this ability would be a MAJOR security flaw. If you are saying people are registering on your server without having been added by an administrator account, then as I said, that would be a major security flaw and would need to be fixed, ASAP.

I need to provide a screen for people who will access the MB3, freeing them to automatically do the record, only to watch the movies, with no need for an administrator user.

 

The level of these users would be just to watch, without further privilege.
