Is there a way to tell if an item has theme media so I don't throw 404s trying to retrieve it for every item?

yea

    [Route("/Items/{Id}/ThemeMedia", "GET", Summary = "Gets theme videos and songs for an item")]
    [Authenticated]
    public class GetThemeMedia : IReturn<AllThemeMediaResult>
    {
        /// <summary>
        /// Gets or sets the user id.
        /// </summary>
        /// <value>The user id.</value>
        [ApiMember(Name = "UserId", Description = "Optional. Filter by user id, and attach user data", IsRequired = false, DataType = "string", ParameterType = "query", Verb = "GET")]
        public Guid? UserId { get; set; }

        /// <summary>
        /// Gets or sets the id.
        /// </summary>
        /// <value>The id.</value>
        [ApiMember(Name = "Id", Description = "Item Id", IsRequired = true, DataType = "string", ParameterType = "path", Verb = "GET")]
        public string Id { get; set; }

        [ApiMember(Name = "InheritFromParent", Description = "Determines whether or not parent items should be searched for theme media.", IsRequired = false, DataType = "string", ParameterType = "query", Verb = "GET")]
        public bool InheritFromParent { get; set; }
    }

Okay, that is the theme media get I'm calling.  I thought I saw that throwing a 404 if the item didn't have any themes but that may not be the case.  That doesn't throw any kind of error if there are none, right?
