Bug: Upgrading server using a newer version of ffmpeg invalidates the firewall rule

Hello,

 

I noticed that somewhere along the way ffmpeg was installed into a new path (.....\ffmpeg\20150110\ffmpeg.exe) which is different than the path used in the firewall configuration (....\ffmpeg\20141111\ffmpeg.exe).

 

I'm not sure if the firewall configuration is part of the MBS base product or if it's configured as part of ServerWMC, but I have both installed.

i don't quite understand the issue. the firewall config that MBS creates doesn't refer to the ffmpeg path

This may be a ServerWMC issue then.  There are two rules configured to allow ffmpeg and mediabrowser.serverapplication.exe, both of them have a full path to the exe.  I also see another rule for "Port 8096" and a few other ports which may or may not be part of MBS.
