Can't See Any Movie Images

Hiya,

 

So I just recently got MB and I can't see any of my movie or TV show posters in the web client or on the Roku channel. I'm very new to this stuff. I know that the images are in the folders in my hard drive where the movie files are, and I know that the metadata is showing that they exist, they just wont show on the client or Roku channel. Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas how to fix this? It makes browsing my movies very difficult to do, as I have a lot of them. Please use laymen terms as much as you can Thanks for your help!
