FR: Validate Path Substitutions

[Delphi 83]

So I'm an idiot and set up my path substitution but i actually forgot to share the folders on the network, so my path substitution was not working and I was getting transcodes even when playing locally same machine server and MBT finally tracked it down to the substitution being invalid...
