How to 'factory reset' Emby on a QNAP NAS

I've had some problems accessing Emby remotely, probably because of some rogue setting. In any event, I want to start again from scratch. The only suggestion I found on the internet is to remove Emby from the App Center and then install it again but when I tried that it just restored all the settings I had before.

How can I clear all my settings so that I can do a 'clean' install and set it up again?

It took me a while because I am not experienced with SSH but, with the help of WinSCP, it has worked and I am now going through the settings. I will be checking in the morning whether it has also fixed my remote access issue. Thanks again.
