Emby Not Working In Certain Jails

Hi everyone,

 

I'm trying to understand why I can get Emby 4.8.11.0 to install, start and be accessible on my test TrueNAS Core computer, but I cannot on my production NAS.  They are both running TrueNAS Core 13.0-U6.7.  If I create a 13.4-RELEASE-p5 Jail on the test NAS, Emby installs and is accessible.  If I create the same Jail on the production NAS, Emby installs, but is not accessible.  Also, If I create a 13.5-RELEASE-p1 Jail on the test NAS, Emby installs and is accessible.  If I create the same Jail on the production NAS, it shows just as 13.5-RELEASE ( there is no -p1).  Emby installs, but is not accessible.

 

What am I missing?  What would be causing this?
