Team,

We're looking to add several new members to our private Android test group.  This will include testing of the existing Android mobile app as well as upcoming projects. Please note there is work involved here, so we're not really looking for people who just want early access to the latest features.

Specifically, you may be asked to:

  • Test all phases of the app, including areas you don't use personally
  • Provide feedback on designs and user experiences
  • Configure the app, device, or server in ways you may not normally want to
  • Wipe existing data as required for testing purposes
  • Install unstable development builds of the server as needed

Please respond here if you're interested in participating.

I would be willing to test. I only have my Nexus 7 though without data.

I could however provide feedback on the Linux server side of things if that is something you are looking for. And I am totally comfortable wiping my MBA installation whenever necessary.

Great, thanks guys. You've been added. There's nothing to see yet, but keep an eye out in the Alpha Area for a new Android section.

Did you follow the google play link that I sent with the last pm and accept the question?

I've never gone through the process myself. So I'm just guessing what the link leads to from other user feedback.

It took my device about a day before betas started showing. I don't know I'd that had to do with Redshirt not having a build up though.

I would like to participate.  I currently have your app installed on my Samsung Galaxy S5 using the interface to connect to my home built HTPC/DVR.  My HTPC is running windows 8.1 Media Center with the Ceton InfiniTV 4 PCIe using an RCN Cable Card.

I am very interested in testing your app with my Chromecast, Nexus Player and Amazon Fire TV Stick.
