Emby not playing some avi files

Hi,

I am using Emby server version 4.8.11.0 on my Synology DS215j DSM version 7.1.1-42962 Update 8. I am having issues with playback of only SOME .avi files and from what I see it is not even video or audio codec related. The video starts loading but then it is stuck on black screen and not loading. After a while I get the error message: "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details". I experience this issue using emby in browser on a PC, in the Andrioid app and also on Samsung tizen smart TV. The files I am trying to play work all fine when I play them on my PC using VLC or Windows Movies & TV app. I don't understand what am I doing wrong or what is the issue with emby not being able to playback these files. If I transcode these files to .mkv they work fine but I don't want to transcode every file and also in the future always try if my file works with emby and if I need to transcode it. I will be grateful for any help and advice on how to resolve this issue. 

I include log files for two example movies that I have issues with, both .avi but each has a different video and audio codec. I downloaded these log files right after the unsuccesfull playback.

HI, I think maybe your server just can't transcode these quickly enough in order for them to be playable.
